Fraglia Vela Riva organizes a unique event with the Dream Coaching Team, Luigi Rago, Riccardo De Felice and Simone Gesi, and the participation of the umpire Michele Ricci and the athletic trainer of the Fraglia Vela Riva Luca Bonomo.

Schedule of the Clinic

August 29th 2023:

• Registration from 09:00 to 9:30
• Clinic Presentation from 9:30
• Rig boats
• Technical Briefing, divided by class
• Lunch
• Practical Session at 13:00 to 17:00
• De-briefing at 17:30 with coach and umpire (About 1 hour)
• Technical Lesson with athletic trainer from 18:30
• Q&A

August 30th 2023:

• Arrival at the club and athletic training at 08:30
• Briefing about the daily schedule
• Practical Session from 09:30 to 12:00
• Lunch
• Practical Session at 13:00 to 17:00
• De-briefing at 17:30 with coach and umpire (About 1 hour)
• Q&A

August 31th 2023:

• Arrival at the club and athletic training at 08:30
• Briefing about the daily schedule
• Practical Session from 09:30 to 12:00
• Lunch
• Practical Session at 13:00 to 17:00
• De-briefing at 17:30 with coach and umpire (About 1 hour)
• Q&A

August 1st September 2023:

• Arrival at the club and athletic training at 08:30
• Briefing about the daily schedule
• Practical Session from 10:00 to 14:00
• De-briefing at 15:00 with coach and umpire (About 1 hour)
• Q&A

After the closing of every daily session, there will be 15 minutes’ time for Sailors Questions & Coaches Answers.

The participants will be allowed to leave their boats at the club till the Youth Italian Championship.

Coaches interested in taking part to the clinic could participate by informing the Organizing Authority in advance.
